Every project is different and our rates are based on square footage, condition, rails, spindles, posts, etc. We also perform a spot test to determine which rates needed to be used for your particular project and to make sure that your project would be a good candidate for our service. The estimates are pressure-free and we do show our rates and how we put together the bid.
